Free Advertising for your site in forums
Some time ago I posted an interesting list of 75 sites and now I present you another good way to advertise your site or blog: Use the forum (some very famous and high-traffic) that offer their members a section dedicated to the presentation a new site.
The list is continuously updated and periodically insert new forums.

Agree with the publication of press releases but I do not see what has to do with spam forums that have a section specially dedicated to the presentation of sites ...
